'Haditha' Marine has had charges dropped against him.
Four of the eight Marines charged are now free. They are free because they did nothing wrong. Murtha may want to wait for fot eh trial of the others (or continuing dropping of charges) and that is fine. But he owes the other Marines an apology at the very least.
I think kissing their boots would be a more appropriate response for Mr. Murtha however.
