The Overseas Contingency Operation for Man-Caused Disasters Medal.
I have been toying with this idea for some time (since the terminology change). Once I heard of this I almost immediately thought, "What are we going to do with the Global War on Terror (GWoT) medal?" "Are we still authorized to wear it?" "Will there be another medal issued in it's stead?"
"Are they serious?"
I then thought it would be a good idea for someone to photoshop a new medal for use, using the new terminology. It seems I'm not the only one who had this thought though, at least the general idea as I discovered browsing

I do not have "mad photoshop skills" as some on the interwebs do, but I think it's a good idea nonetheless. Any volunteers?
I have an image of a rainbow colored ribbon adorned with a unicorn. Under the ribbon where the metal part of the medal hangs, I envision the word "Sorry" perhaps "Our Bad" in gold letters surrounded by multicolored skittles. The letter "o" in the word "Sorry" or "Our" could be the Obama campaign logo. Just an idea...
Criteria for issue could be: "This medal is awarded to all active duty service members who have served on active duty in any capacity since January 20, 2009. This medal is awarded to all active duty military members considered to be right-wing extremists who have supported or participated in any facet of military operations against out Islamic brothers in the sovereign nation of Iraq and the nation of Aghanistan or in any oppressive imperialist operations against peaceful muslims or volunteer coastguard members from any nation worldwide. "
