Global Warming Sets Sights on 2009!

More SNOW forecast for Washington (after record breaking month for snowfall.)
 
2008 SECOND LOWEST year for sunspots since 1900.  Is it a coincidence that global temps has been dropping significantly during this period of decreased solar activity?
 
 
Church of England bilks followers of $200 million dollars by giving it to...Al Gore.
 
If temps continue to spiral downward, if this Winter continues to be 'extreme', 2009 will indeed be interesting for the climate change alarmists.  After all, it will be hard to continue to try to bowbeat the public on global warming/climate change when glaciers begin advancing on North Dakota...

The "Green" Bible? Now I'm worried...

The conversion of environmentalism to full blown religious fanatacism appears to be complete.
 
The warmingists/climate activists already had the message.  Then the Prophet Goracle appeared, unto the highest, spreading the message of dire environmental woe.  Now the message espoused from the Prophet Goracle, Peace be unto Him,  has been encapsulated into its own religious tome, The Green Bible.
 
Printed on recycled paper with soy-based ink, the book features a cotton and linen cover with more than 1,000 verses printed in green ink.  Yes, just like the real Bible has those verses spoken by Jesus in red ink, those verses which spread the gospel of environmentalism are in green ink.
 
Carbon credits = the 'green' sacrament.
Al Gore = the 'green' prophet
Global Warming/climate change activism = the 'green' gospel
The "Green" bible = the 'green' movements sacred text
Gaia (Mother Earth) = the divine presence requiring human worship
 
Is there anyone else just a little freaked out about how far this 'movement' has gone?

Using liposuction fat (yes, human fat) as "bio-diesel"? 
If this story is true, perhaps, just perhaps, people need to re-examine their mindset when it comes to being eco-friendly.  If this story is true I believe a line has finally been crossed and those purporting to be "green" have passed into full blown, massively fanatical insanity.
 
If this story is true, perhaps Ted Turner was more precient than previously thought?
 
In more eco-wacko news, the city of Seattle is more interested in preserving Gaia than the public safety.  Follow the link and read the article.  Do you understand this logic? Letting the snow become compacted by design?   I can't help but wax scientific:  I'm no rocket surgeon, but I'm pretty sure that when you let snow become compacted on a given surface, you usually end up with...ummm...ice.  As a matter of fact, that's how frickin glaciers are formed (given enough time and enough snow of course...)!  Hundreds of accidents resulted from the city's refusal to ensure the public safety!  Merry Christmas citizens of Seattle!

Rudolph: Latest Victim of Feminist Misandry?

Now it is said, Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer, the Reindeer who single-handidly saved Christmas some years ago - is a girl.
 
Sacrilege!  Heresy!  Apostates!
 
For this to be true: 
 
1.  Rudolph's parents were either very good liars or didn't care about Rudolph's self-esteem.  Remember how they felt the need to hide his nose?  Additionally, wouldn't Rudolph's own parents know if he were a boy or girl?
 
2.  Rudolph had only male friends.  Remember Fireball?  Yukon Cornelius?  Hermie the Elf?  (No Hermie jokes either - he was seen dancing with a sweet looking girl elf!  Don't even try it...)
 
3.  He was attracted to Clarice the Deer.  They even kissed!
 
4.  Rudolph fought the Bumble!  Though the Bumble did get the upper hand on Rudolph and needed to be rescued by his friends Yukon and Hermie, he still showed courage rarely seen in a girl.
 
5.  Let's face it - girls wouldn't have the stamina to fly Santa all over the world on Christmas Eve delivering presents to all the children of the world.  This point also puts to bed the rumor that Santa's entire sleigh team was female.  A girl named Comet!  Puhleeeeese! 
 
6.  This goes along with Point #5 above:  girls also CANnot participate in Reindeer games.  They haven't the pyschological makeup for it - not mentally or physically tough enough.  Remember how Rudolph's mom and Clarice cowered when faced with the Bumble?!  Straight up girl-type reaction...

5-15 Million People Caused Global Warming

5,000-8,000 years ago!  How'd they do it?  Farming and, ummm, building stuff with wood.  Ya know, like that pesky wheel thingy.  And where did the wood come from?  SHOCKA - through the cutting down of trees!  EVIL, EVIL humans!
 
So humans 5,000-8,000 years ago - without the benefit of EVEN ONE SUV - caused enough global warming to stop a "period of glaciation".  Naturally the fact that such glaciation was stopped (even if it was stopped by man) merits little to the Warmingists among us.  Stopping said glaciation allowed an unprecedented boom for mankind from which every man, woman and child since has benefitted. 
 
This is good news for the eco-extremists.  NOW they can point to just plain old human survival as the means of destroying Mother Gaia.  Just going through the motions of subsistence farming is enough to destroy the delicate balance of an entire planet.  Think about that again:  the current population (estimated) of the city of New York City was enough 8,000 years ago to WARM AN ENTIRE PLANET!  Without even ONE international oil conglomerate. 
 
So mankind, no matter what he does or doesn't do, contributes to the destruction of Our Mother Gaia, just by being.  Pretty conveninet argument on the side of the Warmingists don't you think? 
 
Wanna know what is really funny?  This new information IS inconveninet in one way to the eco-wacko vegans out there.  Even if you have your own little subsistence garden, you too are guilty of an eco-crime!

On Short Term Hurricane Predictions...

More bad news for "climate modelers".  Three years into a five year study on short-term hurricane modelling (attempting to predict seasonal hurricanes) the results as the researchers say, "model predictions have not performed well."
 
Near term models significantly OVER-predicted seasonal hurricanes (formed in the Atlantic) as well as the number of landfalling hurricanes and losses suffered from those same hurricanes.
 
A very revealing sentence from this study, "There are complicated feddback mechanism in the atmosphere that cannot be quantifiedprecisely even by the most sophisticated and powerful climate models..."  Yet we are to believe models (some from agenda driven 'warmingists') can tell us with any degree of certainty what the climate will be in 100 or 50 or 5 years from now, let alone predict hurricane numbers, intensity or losses for one hurricane season over the past two years or even the upcoming season?

Cold Kills More Than Heat

Another global warming/climate change alarmist myth shattered!
 
Extreme cold is also responsible for more deaths than ANY natural disaster including hurricanes, tornados, heat, thunderstorms, lightning, floods, etc.  Follow the above link for more info.
 
So while Socialists, government control freaks, alarmists, warmingists, agenda driven pols, and greedy fearmongers (like Al Gore) want us to waste trillions of dollars of taxpayer money worldwide, while enviro-wackos want to reduce the quality of life of every human being on the planet, ostensibly to fight global "warming", we may be entering a global cooling phase (cooling being more detrimental not only to humans, plants and animals don't like the cold either) - which would be deadlier to mankind and nature than ANY OTHER NATURAL DISASTER!
