 Watch out Rudolph!  The Russians are coming:

Kremlin lays claim to large chunk of oil-rich North Pole.

And we can't drill for oil in our own state of Alaska because of Caribou.

Wonder if we'll hear any outrage from the enviro-nazis on this one?
